Sunday.

Tomorrow is the first day for our Mobility Seminar. We have big numbers coming out. This will be the first seminar and will take place every Sunday at 10:30am for the next five weeks. 

As well tomorrow I will be sending out the information for the Paleo Challenge to anyone who emailed or messaged me their information. We have 20 or more people signed up already. This will primarily be a support group for those who want to try something new and possibly make some changes to their eating habits.

HSPU Progressions

10-12 mins to work on one or two of the following

  • Strict Handstand Pushups x 3sets
  • Kipping Handstand Pushups x 3 sets
  • Handstand Hold x 20secs
  • Wall Walks x 5reps

Conditioning

"The Pyramid Scheme"

  • 10 Handstand Pushups (Box if needed)
  • 20 Front Squats (155/110lbs) (105/70lbs)
  • 30 Box Jumps or Step Ups
  • 40 DU's
  • 30 Box Jumps or Step Ups
  • 20 Front Squats
  • 10 Handstand Pushups (Box if needed)
