There are a few CrossFit 782 members and our friends at CrossFit Summerside competing in the Red Island Relay this weekend. If you are down in the Brudenell area go check it out and cheer them on!
- 3 rep snatch work. Drop after each rep once the weight gets heavy, but for the first few sets work on stringing together multiple reps.
- 15-20 works to work on building to a heavy set of 3.
- 75 Snatches for time (75/55lbs) (55/35lbs)
Not the most creative of workouts...haha... but I have had a couple of people request this workout over the past few weekends since we have seen regionals and it goes nicely with what we did last weekend, Grace. Go fast and be safe and efficient with your movement.
