Clean & Jerk Practice 

Try doing doubles and triples in your reps building up in weight. Work on that transition from your clean to your jerk and making sure your speed through each movement is efficient. 



  • 30 Clean & Jerks for time (135/95lbs) 

Choose a plan and go. Find a rep scheme that works for you and attack the workout strategically adjusting your plan as necessary throughout the workout. If this is something new to you choose your weight accordingly.
