Hiiiii ya'll.

Just wanted to say how proud I am to be part of the 782 family. Just came across my mind as I am writing this up and thought I should share. 

Strength

Deadlifts x 5reps x 3sets

After warming up in weight for a few sets I want you to hit 3 sets at 75% with 2 minutes of rest in between each set. Set up at the top. Get your core turned on and then get aggressive with the bar for those five reps. 

Conditioning

10-8-6-4-2

  • Deadlifts (225/155lbs) (165/110lbs)
  • HSPU
  • Lunges (L+R = 1)

Scale the weight as needed so you can do your first set of ten unbroken. Your handstand pushups will be either your limiting factor or something you need to scale so try to find a happy medium with the progression you choose. You can either do a hold or handstand pushups from a box if need be. For the lunges just rep them out.
