Yes we either love them or we hate them, but they are here to stay. Stay light if this is something that frustrates you and work on form and mobility. Trust me. It will benefit you in the long run and that is what we are here for at the end of the day.
Snatch Complex - 20mins to work on form
- 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch + 1 Snatch Balance
The Snatch Balance here will be the limiting factor. Move the bar overhead here fast and efficiently and then work on dropping (or actively pulling) yourself under the bar with the snatch balance.
3mins on - 3mins off x 3 rounds
- Min 1: Snatch Complex
- Min 2: ME Row
- Min 3: ME WBS
After completing these three movements you will rest three minutes while the other group goes through. On the snatch complex you have the entire three minutes to complete the movements so take your time and focus on form and efficient movement. On the other two push hard and earn that recovery.
