Nice to see big team events like that where you are working with different people, with different goals, pushing yourself and them as hard as you can.
Here is what we have in store for Tuesday. Time to strengthen that core.

- 20sec Paralette or Ring LSit/Knee Tuck
- 20sec Hollow Hold
After practicing the first movment, the LSit, to see where you are with this we will start the clock and you will go through this 3 movement WOD not for time. Keep you lower back on the ground during the hollow holds, move efficiently on the situps and find your progression on the rings or paralettes.
4 rounds - rest 1 min b/w rounds
- 8 T2B or Knee Tucks
- 12 Pushups
- 16 Box Jumps or Step ups
After working on your core we'll test what you have left during the conditioning. It should be a manageable rep scheme and the rest is built in there so you will hopefully come back to the bar and do the reps unbroken. Be strict on the pushups and push on the box jumps.
