A beautifully little complex to start the day.
15mins to work on the following complex
- 1 Thruster
- 1 Push Press
- 1 Push Jerk
- 1 Split Jerk
This WOD was posted on CrossFit.com a few months ago and completed as part of a Crossfit Summit down south. It is an interesting little complex as a few of us tested this out a month or so ago. It is all about getting through the thruster and push press so you can complete the push jerk and split jerk and it is all about speed from the hips on each movement.
- Thrusters (115/75lbs) (85/65lbs)
A quick little workout to end the day after that long complex. Go fast in the beginning, middle, and the end. The end.
