Hello. Hello. Hello. 

Hope you are all having a great Friday. Well Thursday. But I hope you have a great Friday. I am going to be teaching Kindergarten throughout the day. If I don't make it back for the evening come find me in Summerside. With all the beautiful weather outside these days hope you are getting out to enjoy it. We'll have you out lots very soon under conditions you may not so much enjoy! Muahahahaha. 

Just a reminder that we have a FREE TRIAL CLASS THIS SATURDAY AT 12PM. Tell one and tell all. As well on Monday, Victoria Day, we will be having one major group class at 10am. We will be working in teams and we would love to see as many people out as possible. 

Strength

T2B Progressions

  • L Sit Hold x 20secs x 3sets - Partner if needed 
  • Strict Knee Tuck or L Sit Raise x 3reps x 3sets
  • Kipping Knee Tuck or K2E or T2B x 5-10reps x 3sets

Shoot Through Progressions x 3reps x 3sets

We have seen a lot of people do some great work in their gymnastics over the past few months and we'll continue working our way at these. Work your way through your progressions and push yourself out of you comfort zone to see improvement. 

Conditioning

3 Rounds - With a Partner 

  • 10 Shoot Throughs 
  • 20 Deadlifts (245/165lbs) (185/125lbs)
  • 30 T2B or K2E or Knee Tucks
  • 40 KBS
  • 200m Run Together

Break up the first four movements anyway you want between you and your partner. We went through shoot throughs last Sunday and we want to make sure we hit them again so you get the chance to retain that information in your body. We will review them after the T2B work. For the deadlifts go heavier than you would like while maintaining good form and move strategically through the T2B with your partner. Get through the KBS and crush the run together.
