Overhead Squats x 4reps x 4sets
Move the bar safely into an overhead position and then move through your reps fluidly.

- 8 Box Jumps
- 12 Walking Lunges
Rest 4 Minutes
- 2 OHS
- 4 Box Jumps
- 6 Walking LUnges
This are two completely different workouts and as such, attack them differently. Pace out the first one and go hard from the beginning on the second one.
