Hiiiiii. 

Great work today with our WOD not for time. It seemed everyone got the point and moved very well through the movments. 

Strength

Overhead Squats x 4reps x 4sets

Move the bar safely into an overhead position and then move through your reps fluidly. 

Conditioning

8min AMRAP

  • 4 OHS (135/95lbs) (95/65lbs)
  • 8 Box Jumps
  • 12 Walking Lunges

Rest 4 Minutes

4min AMRAP

  • 2 OHS 
  • 4 Box Jumps
  • 6 Walking LUnges

This are two completely different workouts and as such, attack them differently. Pace out the first one and go hard from the beginning on the second one.
