Handstand Pushup Progressions
- 5-7reps x 3sets or Handstand Hold x 3reps
Find out where you are with your handstand pushups before we enter the next part of our workout.
- 0: 5 HSPU
- 1: 10 Burpees
Be as strong as you can be on your handstand pushups and then hit the burpees as quickly as you can on the second part.
- 5 Push Jerks (135/95lbs) (95/65lbs)
- 20 DU's or 60 SU's
This builds on our EMOM. Move efficiently through the push jerks and get through the skip rope quickly.
