Time to partner Friday. Favorite day of the week at the gym. 

We also have our first PR setting. Probably not gonna be happy about it. But I can't have you all happy all the time. What fun would my life be at that point. No nasty messages or phone calls. 


Back Squat x 5reps x 5sets

Working at 65% of your old PR move very fluidly through these movements. After a solid warmup these should feel very smooth.

  • 30 Push Press (95/65lbs) (135/95lbs)

  • 10 OHS
