Great work on the snatches today. We all moved extremely well and expect more of the same tomorrow.

  • Active Hang below and above the bar x 3
  • Strict Pullups x 3-5reps x 3sets
    • partner, strict, C2B
  • Kipping Pullups x 5-7reps x 3sets or Ring Rows x 5-7reps x 3sets

Conditioning

10min AMRAP

  • 2 pullups
  • 2 burpees
  • 10 situps
  • 4 pullups
  • 4 burpees
  • 10 situps
  • 6 pullups
  • 6 burpees
  • 10 situps
  • ....

And on and on you go for 10mins. This is either a great chance for you to work on your pullups or increase your engine and core strength.
