Great work so far this weekend from what I have heard. 

Just a reminder that we have two classes on Monday at 10am and 12 noon. Get in there for a great workout to end the Easter weekend and get ready for the week ahead. 

We have another partner workout in store to mix things up a bit. 

Strength

Front Squats x 2reps x 5sets 

Go a bit heavier on this, but complete all good reps. We'll be setting our 1RMs here soon so time to get a bit of weight in. Make sure you are good and mobile before you hit these squats. 

Conditioning

Partner - 6 rounds each - alt rounds w/ your partner

  • 12 Pushups
  • 12 OH Walking Lunges (45/25lbs) (35/15lbs)
  • 12 Plate Ground to Overhead (G2OH)

A nice little partner workout. One partner will start with one full round and then partner number 2 will complete a full round. Go back and forth like this for 6 rounds each. Finish each round at a fast pace and rest when your partner is working. This will really test your core so keep your body straight during the pushups, stand nice and tall during the lunges, and keep your chest up during the plate ground to overhead. The plate G2OH are designed to work on your extension through the hips so move the plate fast from the ground to overhead in one fast, smooth motion.
