There has been talk of people going swimming in the afternoon to replace comp class.

Strength

  • Lsits x 2reps x 20secs
  • Strict T2B or Knee Tucks x 3-5reps x 2sets
  • Kipping T2B progressions x 3-5reps x 3sets

Conditioining

5min AMRAP x 2 - rest 5 mins b/w amraps 

  • 5 T2B or K2E
  • 5 Burpees
  • 5 Deadlifts (225/155lbs) (185/125lbs)

Go hard on the first round of this workout and then try to match the score in the second AMRAP.
