Here we go again. 

Another beautiful Sunday on the horizon and time to get into the gym.

Strength

Pullup Progressions + Ring Pullup Progressions

Conditioning

4min AMRep

  • 1 min max effort pullups or ring rows
  • 1 min max effort front rack lunges (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • 1 min max effort pushups 
  • 1 min max effort WBS 
    • rest 4 mins and then repeat. 
    • WOOOOOOO!

I have done workouts like this in the past and they are always spicier than they appear!
