Pullup Progressions + Ring Pullup Progressions
- 1 min max effort pullups or ring rows
- 1 min max effort front rack lunges (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)
- 1 min max effort pushups
- 1 min max effort WBS
- rest 4 mins and then repeat.
I have done workouts like this in the past and they are always spicier than they appear!
