Time to drop it like it's squat. 

For those of you coming in with no baselines to measure this will be a great day to set those standards going forward. 

Strength

1RM Front Squat

We are going to be testing this today and then testing it again near the summer. This is the fourth of our PR's. We have tested our 1K row, our 1RM deadlift, our rounds for Cindy, and now our 1RM Front Squat. If you are a person who likes number make sure you are keeping track of these weights, rounds, and times. 

Conditioning

Final edition of the spring fling WOD's

12min Ascending Ladder

  • 3 burpee box jumps
  • 3 squat cleans
  • 6 burpee box jumps
  • 6 squat cleans
  • 9 burpee box jumps 
  • 9 squat cleans
  • ...

The way this works is one partner does their round of three of both movements and then the other partner does their round of three of both movements and then continue to climb the ladder as high as they can in 12 minutes. 

Can't wait to do this one again myself.
