Hi guys.

So I fell asleep early last night... for a nap... that turned into an all night event. 

But here it is for Thursday!

Strength

Handstand Pushup Progressions

  • Strict HSPU x 3-6 reps x 3 sets
  • Kipping HSPU x 5-7reps x 3sets

or 

  • Handstand Hold x 3reps
  • Box HSPU x 5-7reps x 3sets

If you are somewhere in between work on your strict handstand pushups to a mat and practice the kip before getting into a bit of work on your box handstand pushups so you can get that full range of motion and build your strength. 

Conditioning

5 rounds - rest 1min b/w rounds

  • 5 HSPU
  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155lbs) (165/105lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps

Use that one minute rest between rounds to recover for your handstand pushups each round. This is a nice little combo of movements used previously at regionals mixed together.
