Good Friday. Class at 10:00am. 

Just a reminder that we still have one class this Friday as it is Good Friday. 

I will be away this weekend so I am going to post the workout now. Don't get to excited everyone! 

Strength

Push Press x 5reps x 3sets

Either building from the ground or the rack, work on speed through the hips so you do not have to jerk the bar. 

Conditioning

15min Partner AMRAP - Alternating movements with your partner. 

  • 5 Push Press (115/75lbs) (95/65)
  • 10 Box Jumps or Step ups
  • 15 WBS

Find a partner you can share a bar with and go to it. Partner A does one exercise followed immediately by partner B trying to get through as many rounds as possible.
