As you know this month and the next we'll be focusing a lot on setting our positioning correctly and working on new movements. As well we are working on our mobility as well before and after class when we can. For the first part we are going to be moving through two new(ish) and awkward movements that will test our mobility and positioning. Afterwards we will introduce one of those movements into our workout. A nice long workout to open the week and give us a chance to sweat out the weekend. See you all there.
