1RM Deadlift

This is the first of our PR's with some weight. It is the base lift for everything from the ground.

Conditioning

20min AMRAP

  • 5 Pullups or Ring Rows
  • 10 Pushups
  • 15 Air Squats

So another PR for our Saturday workout. If you are not a fan of strength work, but love conditioning this should be right up your alley. This is one of the original CrossFit workouts and will be one we do again in the summer to see how far we have come.
