Throwback Thursday for ya.

If you are free this Saturday come out and support our athletes at the Festivus Games at CrossFit Charlottetown. We have 6 athletes competing int the two different divisions. 

Strength

T2B Progressions

  • LSit Hold x 2reps x 15secs
  • Strict LSit Tucks or Knee Tucks x 3reps x 3sets
    • 3secs up - 1sec pause at top - 3secs down - 1sec pause at bottom
  • Kipping T2B or K2E x 4-6reps x 2sets

The focus here is on the middle set of strict LSit tucks or knee tucks. Do them slowly to build up that necessary core strength that will help you mid workout.

Conditioning

2-10-2 (2, 6, 4, 8, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2) - Ascending and Descending Ladder

  • T2B or K2E
  • Pushups
  • Russian KBS

Go heavier on the kettlebell swings as you don't have to swing them over head. Scale as necessary on the T2B and the pushups.
