Wednesday. Hump day. Wahoo. Snatches. Another Wahoo. 

See you all there. Hope this is not too much rubbish for all you that read the blog. You know who you are. 

Strength

Snatch Complex

  • 1 Power Snatch
  • 1 Hang Snatch
  • 1 OHS

15 minutes to build in weight and form on this movement. Start light and work on your positioning all the way through. We are not looking at going at a crazy pace or a crazy weight. Focus is as always on positioning and technique. 

Conditioning

500m row and then...

3 rounds

  • 1 Snatch Complex (70% of weight built up in strength)
  • 0:30sec in hollow rock
  • full length bear crawl

...and then 500m row. 

Definitely a different one today, but we are working at light weight for the complex and working on positioning when you are tired with a bit of work on your core strength and awkward movements. I'm sure it looks easy so enjoy. Muahahahaha.
