15 minutes to build in weight and form on this movement. Start light and work on your positioning all the way through. We are not looking at going at a crazy pace or a crazy weight. Focus is as always on positioning and technique.
500m row and then...
- 1 Snatch Complex (70% of weight built up in strength)
- 0:30sec in hollow rock
- full length bear crawl
...and then 500m row.
Definitely a different one today, but we are working at light weight for the complex and working on positioning when you are tired with a bit of work on your core strength and awkward movements. I'm sure it looks easy so enjoy. Muahahahaha.
