Strength

Handstand Pushup Progress

  • Strict Handstand Pushups x 4reps x 2sets
  • Kipping HSPU x 6reps x 2sets

or 

  • Handstand Hold x 2reps x 20secs
  • Box HSPU x 8reps x 2sets

Whatever scale you are at warmup for your handstand pushups and then get after them with one of these two progressions.

Conditioning

Part A: 6min EMOM

  • 3 HSPU + 6 Burpees

Part B:

Festivus Games WOD

5min AMRAP

  • 5 Push Press (115/75lbs) (75/45lbs)
  • 15 box jumps (20')

Rest 1 min

  • 1min ME DU's or SU's

This Saturday a group of athletes and coaches will travel to CrossFit Charlottetown to take part in the Festivus Games, which is being done around the world. We are gearing them up with this WOD leading up to the event.
