Strength

Ring Dip & Muscle up Progressions

  • Box Dips
  • Ring Dips
    • Strict
    • Partner
    • Banded
    • Kipping
  • Beat Kip from the rings
    • Hips towards rings

Conditionin

4 rounds - each for time - rest 1 min b/w rounds

  • 8 ring or box dips
  • 16 KBS
  • 32 DU's or 96 SU's

A chance to work on those ring dips with a little rest between each round.
