So here is the updated Easter Weekend Schedule again.

Friday, April 3, 2015: Class at 10am

Saturday, April 4, 2015: Regular Classes at 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am (no trial class at 12)

Sunday, April 5, 2015: Class at 11:30 (no comp class at 12:30)

Monday, April 6, 2015: Class at 10am

On Tuesday we will be back to business as usual. Thank you for checking this out and hope you can make one or two of those classes over the holidays. I will be away for the weekend, but I hope you have a great Easter. 

Strength

Back Squats x 3reps x 4sets @ 70%

Stay light on this and work out any kinks from the end of the open. 

Conditioning

3 rounds

  • 10 T2B
  • 15 Back or Front Squats (115/75lbs) (85/60lbs)
  • 20 KBS (Overhead)

If you don't feel comfortable placing the bar over your head you can do front squats at a lighter weight. Afterwards make sure you work on your squat therapy to stay loose for the weekend.
