Here we go again. 

Another week back at it. I'm excited to get the bar work out of the way. I know what I will be working on this summer. It was fun, but I am a bit disappointed in myself. The training just wasn't there on what has been tested so far. How is everyone else feeling with the workouts so far. As I try to do, try not to get too high or too low and keep working at it. It is a stepping stone in your journey of fitness and life and in the end it is only a workout. It's what you do with that fitness in the end that really counts. 

Strength

KB Strict Press x 6 reps x 3 sets (each arm)

Push Press x 3reps x 3 sets - light weight 

The weight on the push press should be done so that we can go through our reps touch and go from the chest. 

Conditioning

Ascending & Descending Ladder  

  • 1 - 10 KBS 
  • 20 - 2 DU's

Pace yourself from the very beginning. Move efficiently through the Kettlebell swings and get through the double unders unbroken if you can.
