You will have two options on Sunday. You can either do the open wod or you can do the workout we have programmed for you today.
Either way the energy has been amazing in the gym all weekend. To tell a little story my mom was in the gym this morning to (be honest) to be my mom and be awesome and drop some treats off to me. Speaking of treats... Big shout out to Colette, Luke, Jack, and Sadie for the beef stew today. I'll have a little taste tomorrow!
- Weighted Pushups x 5reps x 4sets
- Weighted Stepups x 3reps (each leg) x 4sets
We'll give your hands a break as we work on strengthening through our chest and core. If your pushups aren't quite there yet we'll work on regular pushups. Using a KB we'll alternate the step ups with the weighted pushups. Go heavy and go high on the step ups if you are feeling good.
