OH Squats and Pullups! O no!!

More hanging from the bar and more putting a bar overhead. Here we go again. We'll all give er our best shot. See you in the gym soon.

Conditioning

Partner Chipper

  • 80 KBS
  • 20 Shuttle Runs
  • 60 Pushups
  • 20 Shuttle Runs
  • 40 Box Jumps
  • 20 Shuttle Runs
  • 20 OH Lunges
  • 20 Shuttle Runs

Break up the reps any way you want to, except for the shuttle runs. Each partner will do 10 shuttle runs each. If you are coming in for the open let us know as well and we'll make sure we can accommodate you.
