Well here we are. Another open announcement. Are you excited?

For some it will make them smile and for others it will make them cringe. We'll find out tomorrow night at 9pm. 

But until that time we'll see you all in here for this workout. 

Strength

Front Squats x 7reps x 3sets - 60%

Easy weight for this one. Try to keep moving through the seven reps at the top and at the bottom of the squat. 

Conditioning

15 - 12 - 9

  • Front Squats (95/65lbs) (75/55lbs)
  • WBS
  • Burpees over the bar

Light weight squats for this one and some reps to keep that heart rate high. Break up the squats early and then move through the reps as fast and efficiently as possible.
