Well is it really spring now?

So it snowed this morning. Well wasn't that a fun way to end the month of March. Hopefully April brings some spring showers and we can get clear of this snow as soon as possible. 

Here is what we have in store for you tomorrow.

  • 20 - 10m Shuttle Runs
  • 250m Row
  • 2mins Accumulated in the Plank

20:00 - 30:00

  • 3 rep Hang Snatch

30:00 - 40:00

  • 7min AMRAP
    • 3 Hang Snatches
    • 5 Burpees over the bar
    • 7 MB Slams

40:00 - 50:00

  • Couch Stretch x 2(each leg) @ 45secs
  • Clock Stretch x 2(each arm) @ 15secs each position
