Another day here at CrossFit 782.

Here is our schedule for Easter Weekend.

Friday, April 3 (Good Friday): Class at 10:00am

Saturday, April 4: Regular Classes (8am, 9am, 10am, 11am) - No Trial Class

Sunday, April 5, 2015: Class at 11:30 (No Comp Class)

Monday, April 6, 2015: Classes at 10:00am & 12:00pm

Here is what we have on for you tomorrow. 

Strength

Handstand Pushup Progressions

4-6 reps x 6sets

  • Strict
  • Deficit 
  • Kipping
  • Abmat 
  • Wall Walks

Each person will work at the progression they are currently at with this movement again pushing their limits to make long term improvements. 

Some people will try a max effort set of strict or kipping or both, while others will work on getting their form down. 

Conditioning

5min AMRAP

  • 5 HSPU
  • 10 Walking Lunges

Rest 3 mins

5min AMRAP

  • 5 HSPU
  • 10 Air Squats

Two workouts to test your efficiency and skill with the handstand pushup. You can do them from the box or on the wall or you can do wall walks as well. Pace yourself on the first AMRAP and get in solid reps all the way through.
