Clean High Pulls x 3reps x 3 sets
- 3 Power Clean (Touch and Go)
Work on building up speed through the clean high pulls and then building in weight before hitting the three reps for your EMOM. The weight should be challenging so that by the last set it is difficult to do the reps touch and go.
- 3 Power Cleans (85% of what you used in the EMOM)
- 18 DU's or 54 SU's or 18 DU attempts
Should be a semi fast one. You can try going touch and go for the first round or two, but it should be heavy enough so that by the last couple of rounds it may be impossible to go unbroken.
