For all those messaging me here is the WOD. I think I should take bribes of money and treats for hints on what the WOD will be the next day. I think I could do really well for myself.

We'll be trying something a little different for our pullup progressions this morning. 

  • Active Hang x 2
  • Hang over the bar x 2
  • Negative Pullup x 2
  • Strict Pullups
  • Kipping Pullups

Conditioning

3min AMRAP x 4 rounds - rest 1 min b/w rounds

  • 4 pullups
  • 8 pushups
  • 12 lunges
