The open will be done after today. 

And what an open it was. We'll have a full review of the open later in the week. 

For our schedule this Easter weekend we'll also be posting it tomorrow night.

Strength

Deadlift x 5reps x 3sets

Because of the open it's been a long since we have done any deadlifts for our strength component so start light and move safe and strong through this movement. 

Conditioning

Pyramid Chipper

  • 15 Deadlifts (185/125lbs) (135/95lbs)
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 60 Situps
  • 90 DU's or 270 SU's
  • 60 Situps
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 15 Deadlifts 

This has a pair movements, the deadlift and the box jump, that feed really well off of one another as well as some work on the opposite side of our core to balance out the work. The skip rope is in there so you can get your heart rate and possibly work on your double unders.
