So here is what we have for tomorrow. 

Strength

T2B Progressions

  • Hollow Rocks x 2sets
  • L-Sit x 2sets
  • Strict Knee Tucks x 2sets

Conditioning

5 rounds each - alt rounds with your partner

  • 10 Shuttle Runs
  • 15 Box Jumps

A little work on your core strength for the strength portion and then afterwards a quick little burner for some conditioning. If you are planning on the doing the open workout this weekend take it easy tomorrow. Move well and mobilize a lot beforehand and afterwards.
