Hello. 

Sorry for the late posting. Going back to school tomorrow and trying to remember what that will feel like. Hope you all stay safe on the roads if you are out and about taking your kids to school. 

Excited for another day at CrossFit 782 and here is what we have. 

Strength

Russian Style KBS x 10reps x 3sets

1 Arm Russian Style KBS x 5reps each arm x 3sets

This is a little chance to go heavier than you normally would in a WOD and maintain a strong position through your lower back and stomach. Use your glutes and hamstrings to move that kettlebell forward. 

Conditioning

3 rounds for time

  • 25 DU's or 90 SU's
  • 20 Russian Style KBS
  • 15 Burpees
  • 10 Pullups or Ring Rows

As I post this WOD I realize how much I like this workout and now I definitely can't take a rest day. And neither can you.
