So the roads are starting to clear up. If you are coming in from the country please be safe, but we'll be open again tomorrow as usual. 

Another great end to the open at 782. One more week to go and then we are on to the regionals, right? Any ideas on what the workout this week will be?

Strength

Snatch Balance + 2 OH Squats

This is a very high skill movement. Stay light with the weight and keep your form tight throughout the entire three reps. 

Conditioning

  • 10 Overhead Squats (135/95lbs) (85/55lbs)
  • 20 Situps
  • 8 OHS
  • 20 Situps
  • 6 OHS 
  • 20 Situps
  • 4 OHS 
  • 20 Situps
  • 2 OHS 
  • 20 Situps

This will tax your core and your mental strength. Stay positive through the overhead squats and consistent with the situps.
