Find your progression and work on the borders of this progression. Push yourself safely outside your comfort zone to make improvements on this movement. 

Conditioning

  • 8 T2B
  • 8 Deadlifts (225/155lbs) (165/110lbs)
  • 24 DU's or 72 SU's

Find a weight you can go unbroken with these deadlifts and move through the rounds consistently. If you don't have DU's work on them during the strength work.
