Time to get those last scores in for the open! 

You have 15 minutes!! Everyone did fantastic this season and we are excited for next week. 

Strength

Ring Dip Progressions

The focus here will be on a pushing motion and one that is not done a done because of if's difficulty. We will work on holds and banded ring dips as well as box dips and pushups. 

Part B: Rowing

Row 30secs on - 60secs off - max cals x 3rounds

Conditioning

5 rounds for time

  • 10 ring dips or box dips or 15 pushups
  • 10 S2OH  (115/75) (95/65)

With two pressing motions in this workout it is a workout designed to test your shoulders and your ability to create power with your hips for the push press so they do not burn out. Go light enough so that you can go unbroken in the push press for the first couple of rounds.
