And open WOD 15.4 is...

And what we have for Friday is...

Hope the open for everyone is still going well and you are all enjoying the experience around it. We are thinking of doing something social next Saturday after the last open workout is announced and you have the chance to do it. Any ideas?

Strength

OH Squats x 2reps x 3sets

Back Squats x 2reps x 3sets

Conditioning

Partner AMRAP - 2mins on/2mins off x 5 rounds each

  • 4 Burpees
  • 8 WBS

So this is all about going hard and fast for a short period of time. Partner 1 will start with a 2 min AMRAP of those two movements. As soon as the the two minute mark is over the other partner will start with their 2 min AMRAP. Each partner will do this 5 times each. Start each round at the beginning and try to match your score from the previous round. Go full out the first round and hang on for dear life coming on the later rounds. DO NOT PACE THIS WORKOUT. IT IS ONLY 2 MINUTES!!
