Depending on how the roads look in the morning with the snow and wind tonight we'll be making a posting on Facebook in regards to the class at 6. We should make it in later in the day so keep your eyes peeled for updates.

Starting from the rack position if possible (or from the ground if you want to work on your clean) hit these two reps back to back focusing on a solid drive through the hips and an even faster drop under the bar. 10-15 minutes to work on weight and form.
- 0: Jerk Complex (from rack or ground)
- 1: 12cal row
- 2: 40sec hollow rock
Another day to work on your power training, core, and technique through a lovely EMOM. Adjust the row if necessary to finish at the 50sec mark to have time to transition.
