Strength

Front Squat x 3reps x 3sets

Conditioning

8 rounds for time

  • 4 Squat Cleans (95/65lbs) (135/95lbs)
  • 8 Box Jumps or Step ups

Choose a weight that is heavy enough so that on round one you may be able to go unbroken, but by the time you get to round 3 or 4 you will be down to singles.
