Hopefully this will be our last storm of the winter. Isn't it spring like next week?

Classes are cancelled today. I have been outside and the snow is starting to come down and only looks to get worse over the next couple of hours. 

Try one of these two workouts at home

  • 30 Burpees
  • 30 Situps
  • 20 Burpees
  • 20 Situps
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Situps

Or

5 rounds

  • 20 Air Squats
  • 15 Pushups
  • 10 Lunges

We will keep everyone updated on the storm and the gym opening for tomorrow. I am on my March Break so we will be able to be open at different hours for those who want to get the open workout completed tomorrow.
