Here we are. 

Another annoucement upon us. Make sure it is still making you happy to do the open. Enjoy it with your friend and continue to strive to be the best you with each workout. See you all in here to finish off the week and the weekend. 

Strength

T2B Progressions

  • L Sit Hold x 15secs x 2 sets
    • with a partner as needed
  • Knee Tuck or Strict T2B x 4reps x 2sets
  • Kipping K2E or Knee Tuck or T2B x 6-8reps x 3sets

Warmup with each movement and get towards the end goal of stringing together a few reps of whatever progression you are at. The core should be a bit sore from today, but this will be all about moving through your shoulders and hip flexors.

Conditioning

15-12-9-6-3

  • T2B or K2E or Knee Tucks
  • Box Jumps

Two movements that compliment one another very well. Scale accordingly for the T2B with either knee tucks or K2E. Other than that pace yourself wisely and keep moving.
