Time to train on Wednesday.

As always we have some Olympic Lifting on Wednesday and that usually makes people happy. We'll see how everything goes today. Hope the legs are feeling ok from today.


15 mins to work on our Power Snatches. 

I want us to work on multiple snatch reps. That means stringing together reps of our power snatches, either from the hang or from the ground. Once the weight starts getting heavier we will work on less reps per set. 


10min EMOM

  • 0: 5 Snatches 
  • 1: 20 Situps
  • 2: 4 Snatches
  • 3: 20 Situps
  • 4: 3 Snatches
  • 5: 20 Situps
  • 6: 2 Snatches
  • 7: 20 Situps
  • 8: 1 Snatch 
  • 9: 20 Situps

This is your typical EMOM, but with a little twist. With each minute that passes for your snatches you will decrease in reps by 1 rep, but you will (hopefully) increase in weight for your reps. These reps don't need to be done unbroken. You an do single reps at a time to complete the required amount of reps each minute.
