I'm here! The workout is here I mean. 

I have this portfolio due at midnight and all I can do is tweak the WOD and look at WODs to come. (Hint... if you like S2OH you will like tomorrow.)  

Here is what we have in store today. 

Strength

Pullup Progressions. 

Active Hang Warmup x 2 sets

Strict Pullups x 3(ish) reps x 3 sets - with a partner or band if necessary. 

Kipping Pullups x 8-10reps x 3sets or Ring Rows x 8-10reps x 3 sets

Conditioning

10min AMRAP

  • 5 pullups or ring rows
  • 10 deadlifts (185/125lbs) (135/95lbs)
  • 15 situps

Goal here is to continue moving through these three movements. Choose a weight and a scale for the deadlifts and pullups where you can continue to go unbroken for the 10 minutes.
