It's the open coming up.

If you are unsure if you should be registered or not talk to us. We want you to sign up. It's a great experience. It's not threatening. It's not going to be the end of the world if you don't do it, but it would make for a great story down the road. Imagine if we had all our members sign up. Just do it for yourself. Think of it as another workout and have some fun. 

Strength

OH Squat x 3reps x 3sets

Still some skill and strength work. Work up in weight, but again we are not going to make massive gains on our strength now. We'll test all our strength building movements after the open.

Conditioning

15-12-9-6-3

  • OH Squats (115/75lbs) (95/65lbs)
  • Burpees

This is very similar to a workout we did early in the fall. Rep scheme is different and weights are  a little heavier, but we want you to try to go unbroken on all the overhead squats and push through the burpees. Use your transition time to rest.
