It's Saturday! Wahoo!

Time to train! And relax! And then train some more. And eat whatever you want! (Kind of)

Here is the training for tomorrow. 

Strength

3 rep Power Snatch

Work on getting that bar flying through the air and opening up the hips fully. Keep the bar close and then get back and underneath the bar. 

Conditioning

Open WOD 14.1

10min AMRAP

  • 30 DU's or 60 SU's or 15 DU attempts
  • 15 Power Snatches (75/55lbs)

This is the first open WOD from 2014. A nice little couplet after our 5 movement pyramid today. If you are working on your DU's this is a great chance to work on them and focus on doing those snatches with good form.
