Anyone think they can look like Annie? Try those strict T2Bs by chance?

Strength

T2B Progressions

  • Hanging L-Sit x 3reps x 15secs each rep
  • Strict Knee Tuck or K2E or T2B x 4-6reps x 3sets
  • Kipping Knee Tuck or K2E or T2B x 4-6reps x 3sets

The focus here is on moving fluidly through each movement. Use a partner for the Lsit holds and make sure you keep everything tight through the midline on the other two movements. Work more on sequencing the kip than reaching the toes to the bar.

Go hard through this one. Don't stop moving for too long and keep everything tight through your core through all three movements.
