In like a lion, out like a lamb. Let's hope that's the case this March. Get the storms out of the way and then let the month sail into the spring(ish).

First off I wanted to say GREAT work from everyone today. We hit a ton of PRs after a tough 9min AMRAP. You all moved extremely well and made us extremely proud as coaches. As the week moves on let us know who hit PRs, who did better than expected, who found it tough, who found some weaknesses they need to work on, and everything we can do to help you get better each and everyday.
